1. Hard boil the eggs. 2. Peel and rinse.3. Slice in half. 4. Squeeze a little perinaise, then place on lettuce, sliced tomato, pastrami, more periniase and skewer closed.5. Sprinkle on sesame seeds and sprinkle on some salt (and pepper if you'd like) over the top and serve.
INFO & TIPS
You may keep it full veg using just salad ingredients like peppers, onions, raw or stir fried veg. Or add tuna and mayo or mayo chicken even or mini patties which is another version that I do (zinger chicken/mutton)
