INGREDIENTS
2 cups boiled basmati Rice ½ cup steamed and drained peas2 teaspoon crushed garlic2 tablespoon soya sauceChopped spring onions125 ml butter1 large sliced red onions½ Julienne red peppers ½ Julienne yellow peppers1 large red julienned carrotGrinded black pepper to tasteSalt to taste
METHOD
Heat the butter fry the garlic add the soya sauce and fry a little add in the salt and pepper.Add in the all the vegetables and stirfry for 5 minutes.Add in the preboiled rice and peas.Toss well to coat the rice and cover and steam for about 5 minutes.Add a little water to steam.Cover the pot Serve with sweet and sour chicken or steak.
Egg Omelette Cut into Strips2 eggs 2 teaspoons fresh creamButterWhip the eggs well with the fresh cream Season with salt and grinded black pepperMelt the butter and make an omelette Cut into strips and toss with the rice before serving.
