RECIPE

Marinate steak for few hours in Amina’s Texan steak marinade, sweet chili bbq Ginger and garlic 3 tablespoons tomato paste 2 teaspoon crushed chilies 1 teaspoon dhana, 1 teaspoon Cumin, 1 teaspoon turmeric, 2 teaspoon bbq and chicken spice 1 teaspoon nandos sauce extra hot peri peri2 teaspoon jalapeño sauce or pepper 2 teaspoon lemon juice ¼ cup yoghurt 3 tablespoons prego sauce Drizzle steers steak sauce 3 tablespoons mayonnaise 3 tablespoons Garlic sauce
Cook with 2 cups of water
Serve with spicy rice 👌👌😍
