RECIPE
Base 600g flour 1 tablespoon sugar 1 teaspoon salt 125g butter 1 packet dry yeast 1 tablespoon oil+-1 ¼ cup cup lukewarm water
Combine flour, sugar and salt into a bowl. Grate in butter and rub into breadcrumbs. Transfer into a kenwood with a dough hook. Make a slight hollow on one side and add in the oil. Place the yeast on the opp side. Add in your water to make a soft dough. Mix for about 10 minutes.Place into an oiled dish and cover with a cling wrap and a table cloth and place in a warm place in your kitchen to rise double its size.When it rises u can roll into desired pizza shape and bake at 180 till slightly golden
