1. Braise onion in oil with taj.2. Add steak with spices, vinegar and ginger garlic.3. Cook till no liquid remains, then add tomatoes. 4. Cook till tomato has reduced and add sauces.5. Cook till sauces heat through. Leave saucy.6. Make mash with the 3 potatoes with salt, pepper and butter.7. Boil macaroni in salted water till aldente.8. Layer in casserole dish-Steak, mash, macaroni, cheese, tomatoes, herbs and spring onions.9. Place in oven to melt cheese.10. Allow to cool for few minutes, serve.
