Heat oil over medium heat, once heated add in onion and whole spices. When inions start to soften add in ginger garlic masala. Cook for 2 minutes then add in grated tomatoes. Once the oil starts to separate add ground spices,potatoes and peas with about ¼ cup water. Cook till potatoes start to soften, add alittle water only if necessary. Once potatoes start to soften, add chicken mince. Cook till potatoes and mince are done completely.
INFO & TIPS
put potatoes in the microwave for about 7 mins before I started cooking, you could even pre boil them. This speeds up the cooking process.
