Biscuit Base1 box Oreos with chocolate centers.Processor untill it resemble bread crumbs4 tablespoons melted butterPress biscuit crumbs into cheesecake pans.Place in the fridge for 15 minutes to set. Nutella filling 1 tub cream cheese1 teaspoon vanilla essence1 ½ cups Nutella3 tablespoons cocoa powder250 ml whipped fresh cream Beat cream cheese,vanilla essence and cocoa power together.Gently fold in the whipped fresh cream Pour mixture over the biscuit crumbs and leave to set for 4/ 6 hours. Nutella Ganache½ cup Nutella¼ cup fresh creamFerrero Rocher, chopped 6 or 8
Heat the fresh cream and in the nutella and whisk untill smooth.Pour over the set Nutella cheesecakes and sprinkle chopped Ferrero Rocha’s over.Leave in the fridge for 15 minutes.Remove from cheesecake pans and serve.Enjoy 😉
INFO & TIPS
This cheesecake doesn’t contain gelatine or agar agar.So please keep it refrigerated as it will melt quickly.I doubt it will get a chance to melt🤣.lt definitely didn’t in my home they all got swiped in one day
I made mini cheesecakes because they are very rich with the oreo’s as a base,but you can make a large one if you want .
