INGREDIENTS
1kg chicken wings skin on...it must be skin on!1 teaspoon salt½ teaspoon smoked paprika (or normal, whatever you have)2 teaspoon chilli powderPinch of white pepper (optional)60-75ml lemon juice (4-5 tablespoon)1 teaspoon crushed garlic½ teaspoon garlic and herb spice (@inapaarmanskitchen)¾ cup self raising flour.2-3 tolsp water
METHOD
1. Take chicken and Toss them into a bowl - they must be a little wet from when you rinsed it.2. Toss it around. Use gloves if you want but get it mixed in.Leave to marinate for minutes 2 hours.
3. Fry in hot oil for 12-15 minutes. It must be browned and crispy! (Yes you can prob grill it in the oven on a rack above a tray- I have airfryed it
