Method2 cups Flour (add more at end if required) 3 tablespoon melted butter2 heaped teaspoon baking powder¼ teaspoon Bicarb1 teaspoon nutmeg (optional) Mix the above all togetherThen Beat 1 egg with little vanilla essence4 tablespoon SugarAnd ¾ Cup fruity Yoghurt or YogisipMix well TogetherNow add to dry ingredients to make a soft doughLeave aside for 10 minutesRoll out 1cm thick Cut with Doughnut CutterFry in Medium oilDRAINServing SuggestionDip in melted ChocolateRoll Whilst hot in cinnamon and sugar mixOr make an icing glaze (little icing sugar mixed with water or milk) Decorate with spinkles. Almonds etcEnjoy
