Serve with mielie meal roti Mielie meal roti 2 cups flour 1 cup mielie meal½ teaspoon salt2 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter) Mix altogether. Tie dough with normal tap water. Make into small balls. Roll out and cook on tawa. (No using ghee (Clarified butter) to fry). This roti is very healthy.
