1 chicken, washed and cut
1 tablespoon lemon juice 1 tablespoon red masala1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon crushed red chillies ¼ teaspoon arad (Turmeric)
Sauce:3 tablespoon Nando's Garlic Sauce3 tablespoon Nando's Medium Peri-Peri Sauce 3 tablespoon Nando's Hot Peri-Peri Sauce 2 tablespoon tomato puree100g butter1 teaspoon crushed garlic250ml fresh cream
Marinate chicken in above. Cook till done.
Mix all sauce ingredients and boil till Thickens
Place cooked chicken in an ovenproof dish. Pour sauce over. Add sliced mixed pepper on top. Grill for a few minutes in oven.
