Chicken strips & chips -
500g chicken fillet cut into thick strips
1-2 cups milk
Marinade chicken in milk few hours, preferably overnight.
30 minutes before frying add 1 tablespoon mochachos spice.
1 cup self rising flour
Coat chicken strips in flour fry in hot oil until golden brown ±10 minutes place onto a baking tray immediately sprinkle with mochachos spice (flavor of your choice) put in the oven for 10 minutes on 180 deg serve with crispy chips.
