INGREDIENTS
1 kg chicken mince (lightly washed and drained)2 tablespoons butter1 onion1 tablespoon whole jeerahSalt1 tablespoon ginger garlic1 bottle Gorima's jalapeno sauceGreen chilliesPanko japanese style bread crumbs
METHOD
Lightly braise onions and jeerah in butter.Add in chicken mince, salt and ginger garlic.Cook till dry. Allow to completely cool.Add in jalapeno sauce and chillies.Lightly mix.Fill and paste samoosas, dip in beaten eggs and crumbs.
