INGREDIENTS
½ medium sized onion chopen in cubes1 green chillie slit and chopped1 heaped teaspoon crushed ginger garlic2 curry leavesMustard seeds Whole Jeeru (Cumin)½ green pepper chopped4 white button mushrooms sliced finley Oil to fry ½ teaspoon turmeric powder 4 eggs beaten
Paratha 2 cups flour 2 table spoons oil 2 table spoons melted garlic butterSalt to taste 1 cup water
METHOD
In a frying pan Wagar style fry your mustard seeds,whole Jeeru (Cumin),curry leafs and chillie
When they start to pop add your veg I.e onions,musrooms and green pepper. When they are soft enough add your tumeric and let it cook in Pour your beaten eggs scramble it add salt to season and leave aside to cool
Paratha In to 2 cups flour add the oil,garlic butter,salt and water to form a soft dough.
Roll in to rotis
Put filling in the middle,close filling dough, make in to a roti again and roll out.
Fry on a tawa pan until golden and crisp.
INFO & TIPS
Serve with green chutney or sour milk
