INGREDIENTS
Vegetables of choice cut into bite size pieces such as:
Baby marrows
Patty pans
Carrots
Baby gem squash
Onions
Green pepper
Red pepper
Yellow pepper
Marinade:
Robertsons veggie spice
Garlic salt
Lemon pepper
Garlic pepper
Fine red chillies
Lemon juice
tal (sesame seeds)
Fresh crushed garlic
Jalepeno flavoured olive oil
Sauce:
½ cup fresh cream
½ cup sour cream
3-4 tablespoon Italian salad dressing
METHOD
Thread veggies on to skewers.
Marinate for an hour.
Steam on a low heat until ¾ way done.
Combine sauce ingredients and pour over.
Grill till veggies are tender and sauce ingredients thicken.
