INGREDIENTS
Drumstick (hektahing)
2 small brenjols / 1 big
1 big potato in cubes or 2 small
3 tomatoes cubed
Rye (black seed)
Curry leaves
Oil
1 teaspoon ginger
1 tablespoon garlic
Green chillies to taste
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon chilli powder
2/2 teaspoon haldi
1 teaspoon jeera powder
2 teaspoon dhana powder
METHOD
In a pressure cooker add the oil Rye (black seed) and curry leaves braise until the Rye (black seed) started to crackle , add the ginger garlic and green masalas braise until you get the smell and add all the veggies , add all the spices with 1 to 1 ½ glasses of water close the cooker allow to cook , about 4 to 5 whistle
INFO & TIPS
Serve with roti
Also can be served as a side with kari kitchri
