(Serves 4-6)¾ loaf white sliced bread7 large eggs1 teaspoon red ginger garlic masala1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon chilli powder1 ½ teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin) powder½ teaspoon turmeric powder½ teaspoon white pepper¼ cup chopped coriander¼ cup milkGrated gouda cheeseFried polony slices
METHOD
Whisk egg mixture altogether.
Cut bread slices in half.
Place cheese and polony between two halves, not close to edges.
Dip bread in egg mixture and shallow fry until golden and crispy on either side.
Serve whilst hot so cheese is still melted.
Note: could do cheat method like me. Using two ordinary egg bread, place cheese and polony and reheat in dry pan until cheese melted.
