Cinnamon Crunch French Toast

INGREDIENTS

Try Robert Pattinson’s ( the vampire in twilights most fav food recipe)To tickle your taste buds CINNAMON CRUNCH FRENCH TOAST
3 Eggs 175 ml Milk ½ teaspoon cinnamon powder400 ml crunchy cereal.(such as muesli but without raisins , honey nut ) 4 to 5 Slices bread

METHOD

Heat the oven to 220CBeat eggs in a shallow dish . Add the milk and cinnamon .Dip both sides of bread in egg mixture and then coat evenly with cereal. Lightly press cereal to stick on both sides .. I placed more on top of the slice of bread than the bottom . Place on ungreased baking sheet /plate and bake for 7 minutes until golden brown

Drizzle wth maple syrup
I served mine wth sliced strawberries and a dash of cream on top of berries fr rest of family


I mix my muesli wth a packet of granola so I had plenty seeds and bits of coconut
