In a saucepan Bring 200g Butter +2 tablespoon OilAnd 1 & ½ (half)Cup milk to boil
ALLOW TO COOL
NOW IN A SEPERATE BOWL
Beat 2 Eggs well Add Vanilla Essence Few drops of Rose EssenceAnd Few strands of Saffron or Few drops of Saffron EssenceKEEP ASIDE
IN A DISH NOW ADD1 Cup Semolina or Taystee Wheat1 Cup Flour1 Cup Dessicated Coconut1 Cup SugarLittle crushed Pecans or Almonds3 teaspoon Baking powder¼ teaspoon Bicarb (optional)1 teaspoon Crushed Elachi (cardomom) Mix all of the above well together in a dish
ADDThe Egg Mixture to the Cooled Butter and Milk mix
Now gradually Add in your Dry Ingredients To make a nice Thickish Cake Batter ..if too thick add a bit of less than Luke warm milk Mix wellFill the Cup casesSprinkle Pecan or Almonds overBake at 180* For 15-20 minutes or Until DoneTIPS:Place under Grill to brown it a little if you prefer However this should be a deep Cream colour OR Garnish with Icing And then sprinkle Pecans or Almonds etc Enjoy 😋
