Wild Mushrooms [amakhowe] With Eggs

INGREDIENTS

Mushroom[These were about 4 large mushrooms]2 onions4 sliced green chilliesOilSalt5 large eggs

METHOD

Clean and slice mushroomsCut up the onions and green chilliesBeat the eggsAdd oil to pan, fry green chillies with onions till translucent Add mushrooms and salt Cook till water has dried out and mushrooms fry, when mushrooms have fried and oil has come upAdd in the beaten eggs and mix till eggs are cooked

These mushrooms are wild mushrooms which are found during spring rainy season in northern kwa zulu natal
It's a delicacy to the people here.
Normal mushrooms can be used for this recipe
