2 eggs1 green chili¼ onionMushroom seasoning
METHOD
Pour 2 teaspoon of olive oil in the sauce panPut in the onion and caramelised itThen crack the 2 eggs into the pan and try to spread the onion evenly Put the green chili on top of the eggs.Sprinkles alittle the mushroom seasoning.Serve it with bread.
