My styleI Added 2 Eggs
You can half this recipe
3 ¼ cups milk250 g butterRose essence or ( 1 teaspoon rose water) Bring to heat or boilADD 1 & 1 /4 CUP SUGAR STIR WELLREMOVE AND ALLOW TO COOL
OPTIONAL : I ADDED 2 WELL BEATEN EGGS WITH ½ teaspoon VANILLA ESSENCE
In separate dish addAll the Dry Ingredients2 Cups soji (semolina) (500g) 2 cups coconut4 teaspoon baking powderLittle Crushed Elachi (cardomom)Mix all together
Now
Add to milk the above dry ingregientsMix to a slightly thickish cake batter
Add a few drops of saffron essence or saffron strands (optional)
Grease a large Oven Tray Sprinkle almonds etcBake for 35-40 minutes at 180* in large oven tray
TIPIf the batter is thick or milk to make cake batter consistency Or Enjoy..
