Pounded chicken fillets
2 heap teaspoon tandoori masala
1 teaspoon garlic
1 teaspoon crush chillies
3 tablespoon yoghurt
Salt to taste.
Lemon juice
Olive oil
METHOD
Matinate fillets in the above.
Heat a griddle pan and fry fillets until nicely done.
Separately heat up leftover marinade adding a blob of butter,
Pour over chicken..
Serve with sweet potato fries,garlic pita and raita!
