RECIPE
Make a paste with: Tandoori masala,Lemon juice,Crushed garlic,Red powder chillies,Jeeru (Cumin),Grounded green masala,Yoghurt, Red and yellow colouring,And little oil.
Marinate chicken over night.I usually braai (bbq) due to rainy weather I made in oven.And basting with lemon butter sauce.
Enjoy I use this recipe to make chicken tandoori skewers.I thread marinated chicken fillet through skewers
