CREDITS
1 kg breast chicken
1 onion
1 cup mix veg
1kg puff pastry
1 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
Crack up some black pepper
1 tsp tyme
1 tsp mix herbs
1 tsp origanum
1 tsp Italian herbs
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp paprika
2 tbls flour
2 tbls butter
Chicken spice
RECIPE
1. In a pot place chicken with all the ingredients and the veg. Put in 3 cups of water. Let it boil 20 minutes.once chicken and veg is done strain the water out. In the same pot melt butter add the flour then and about 1 cup of the chicken water to that flour and butter. Let that cook for 3 minutes. Then place your puff pastry down in the pie try let the sides hang out. Then fill your chicken filling then add the gravy that you cooked with the flour and butter to that chicken. Then place the next sheet of puff pastry on top. Cut off the sides. Poke small holes with a fork on the top. So it can cook. Brush with the egg bake at 150 degrees for 40 minutes.
