Quantities below Pasta Garlic , veg of choice such as mange tout, courgette, carrot , green beans , pepper Mushrooms
METHOD
1. Boil 1 packet pasta of choice, drain and set aside.2. Heat 2 tablespoon olive oil, add in 2 teaspoon crushed garlic, once garlic is fragrant add in your fresh veggies of choice ( I did 5 baby marrow, ½ a red pepper, ½ a yellow pepper and 1 punnet mushrooms )3. Once the water releases from the mushrooms add in 1 teaspoon @inapaarmanskitchen lemon pepper, 1 teaspoon@inapaarmanskitchen rosemary and olive spice and ½ teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice) and let veggies cook until all the water burns out.4. Prepare a white sauce, melt 100g butter, stir in 1 tablespoon flour, add in 1 cup milk, once that thickens add in 250ml fresh cream and 2 Tolspn sour cream, whisk that on low heat until it all incorporates.
5. Then add in 1 sachet of Denny mushroom sauce to your sauce, mix and bring everything to a boil.(Note I skipped this)
6. Season your sauce with the same spices as your veggies ... ½ teaspoon lemon pepper, 1 teaspoon rosemary and olive spice, ½ teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice), 1 teaspoon Italian herbs and a little salt to taste.7. Add your pasta and veggies into your sauce, serve hot and ENJOY

I didn’t add the mushroom sauce and it was still so delicious
