250g bow pasta
2 carrots (julienned)
1 green pepper (julienned)
1 onion (sliced)
2 tomatoes (diced)
1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoon prego spice
Heat some butter. Add onion and pepper. Cook till softened. Add carrots and tomatoes and cook till softened.
Boil pasta in salted water till aldente. Drain.
Add pasta, mayo and spice to veg and mix altogether. Heat through and serve.
