INGREDIENTS
250g bow pasta2 carrots (julienned)1 green pepper (julienned)1 onion (sliced)2 tomatoes (diced)½ cup mayonnaise2 tablespoon prego spice
METHOD
Heat some butter. Add onion and pepper. Cook till softened. Add carrots and tomatoes and cook till softened.
Boil pasta in salted water till aldente. Drain.
Add pasta, mayo and spice to veg and mix altogether. Heat through and serve.
