- 3 CHICKEN FILLETS- 1 TRAY MUSHROOM- 4 TABLESPOON BUTTER- 2 CUPS MILK - 3 TABLESPOON FLOUR - SALT ( FOR TASTE )- 2 TABLESPOON OIL- ¼ CUP WATER - BLACK PEPPER OPTIONAL.
Cube chicken fillets and slice up mushrooms.Add oil to skillet once hot add chicken fillets and fry on medium heat for 5 minutes whilst continuously turning .Add mushrooms mix together add salt and water let cook together.After 5-10 minutes create a well in the center of chicken and mushroom add butter .Let butter melt and add 2 tablespoon flour .Mix altogether try and avoid lumps .Add 1 cup milk .Stir together.Add pepper (optional)Add remaining flour over and stir then add remaining milk mix all together.Let simmer for 7-10 minutes.Stir in between to prevent from burning.Once everything Is creamy to your preference turn stove off and let rest for 5 minutes .
