Ingredients: 1 punnet button mushrooms ½ cup cake flour 2 eggs beaten ½ cup semolina 1 tablespoon tikka spice ½ teaspoon garlic salt ½ teaspoon lemon pepper
METHOD Mix spices and semolina in a bowl. Wash mushrooms and dip in flour, then egg and then spiced semolina. Place on baking tray. Drizzle with oil and bake in preheated oven on moderate heat until golden on one side. Turn over, drizzle oil and bake again till golden and crispy. Serve with yoghurt dip.
