Crumbed Baked Tikka Mushrooms Pic cred: Ruhana EbrahimRec cred: @mama_taught_me_well Ingredients:1 punnet button mushrooms½ cup cake flour2 eggs beaten½ cup semolina1 tablespoon tikka spice½ teaspoon garlic salt ½ teaspoon lemon pepper METHOD1. Mix spices and semolina in a bowl.2. Wash mushrooms and dip in flour, then egg and then spiced semolina.3. Place on baking tray. 4. Drizzle with oil and bake in preheated oven on moderate heat until golden on one side.5. Turn over, drizzle oil and bake again till golden and crispy.6. Serve with yoghurt dip.
