1 chicken cut ḭin portions ǟand washed
In pot add: 2 tablespoon oil 1 cinnamon stick, 2 Elachi (cardomom) pods, 2 tablespoon mayonnaise, 2 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 teaspoon chillie garlic paste, 1 teaspoon Dana, 1 teaspoon jiro, 1 teaspoon turmeric, 1 teaspoon salt, pinch of saffron ǟand 2 tablespoon flaked almonds. Cook till done. Set ḭin corning ware, add pine pieces ǟand garnish with almonds, poppy seeds and sesame seeds. Grill before serving.
