INGREDIENTS
1kg chicken cut in pieces 1 /2Β teaspoon tumeric 2 teaspoon kashmiri chillie powder 1 teaspoon crushed chillie 1 teaspoon rustenburg chillie powder 1 teaspoon cumin and corriander powder 1 teaspoon chicken spice 1 teaspoon lemon pepper1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon ginger and garlic paste1 teaspoon green masala @sujees_masala 3 tablespoon mayonnaise 3 tablespoon tomatoe sauce3 tablespoon fresh cream 2 tablespoon tomato paste 1 tablespoon lemon juiceΒΌ cup of fried onions
METHOD
Marinate chicken with all the ingredients for about 3 hours.Heat 2 tablespoon butter. Add chicken and cook on medium heat till done.Dont let it dry out. Garnish with dhunia. Serve with roti and salads. Once tasted never wasted πShare as received βββ
