INGREDIENTS
1 cabbage (sliced finely)½ green pepper/ capsicum (sliced finely)2 carrots (sliced finely)
4 glasses of water1 teaspoon salt½ to 1 packet of spaghetti
Chicken (marinate in: )½ kg chicken fillet¼ teaspoon. salt¼ teaspoon. white pepper2 tablespoon. corn flour2 tablespoon. water2 teaspoon. chicken spice2 teaspoon. barbeque spice1 teaspoon crushed chilli
Frying the chicken½ cup oil
Separate pot *(vegetables) ½ cup oil1 teaspoon. ginger garlic½ teaspoon. salt½ teaspoon. white pepper½ teaspoon. chicken powder1 teaspoon. red chilli powder2 tablespoon. soya sauce
METHOD
*Finely chop all the vegetables and leave aside*In a bowl marinate your chicken fillet with your spices and leave aside for 20 minutes and fry in oil and cook till tender. *In a separate pan add more oil and ginger garlic and add in your vegetables and mix for 2 minutes.Add in your spices (marked vegetables) and mix, place the lid on and cook for approx. 5-10 minutes, till the vegetables have decreased in size. (Add water if it is getting stuck to the pot)* In a large pot add water and salt and allow to boil*Add in your spaghetti/ noodles and cook till the noodles have softened. *Remove from the stove. Drain the water out and rinse the noodles in cold water to avoid it from sticking together. *Lastly mix everything together (spaghetti/ fried chicken and vegetables)
