My Bag Style made Differently
Adapted By Myself
I did Extra Time for Baking
FOR MARINADE (I MARINATED FOR 6 HOURS YOU MAY SKIP THIS) INGREDIENTS1 Used 12 Skinless Drumsticks(Use what ever you prefer)Add the Packet of the 20 g SpIce1 teaspoon Garlic½ Ginger Garlic Paste1 teaspoon Kashmiri Chilli PowderOr Can use Lemon Pepper Or crushed Black Pepper deoending on which Nando Bag Marinade you Bought 2 tablespoon melted Butter Or Oil4 tablespoon Peri Peri Nandos SauceYou may use any Flavour ½ teaspoon Salt or to taste Mix All wellI Marinated this for 6 hours Then I Place Bag on an Oven TrayPlace all the Drumsticks in the Bag (tgHe Bag wont be closed) Place in Oven at +-200*For 45- 50 minutes (Turning the bag Halfway once) I then removed it from the bag Baked it a further 20 minutes as I felt it was like just steamed Then under Grill for 5 minutes on each sideThen Placed in stove for 5 minutesFor all the Juices to thicken on the DrumsticksThis was Juicy and Divine Serving suggestionwith Potato wedges that were steamed in micro wave Drained and seasoned with Chips spice and Then Fried to a Crispy wedge I Drizzled Nando sauce over And Had with Buttered Rolls and Crispy Tomato and Lettuce 😋
