2 Chicken fillets cut in cubesRince in vinegar drain wellAdd 2 Heaped tablespoon Shans Tikka spice mix well keep aside for couple hours, AddTo a Bauer Pan or PotAdd 100 g Butter Cubed Fillets Dash of lemon juice 1 teaspoon ginger garlic1 /2 teaspoon Garam MasalaAdd 1 teaspoon Tomato sauce 1 teaspoon Sweet sour sauce Let it cook on lowAdd little green chopped dhania (coriander)½ cup fresh cream Cook till the juices are all dried up Serve on a bed of light yellow basmati rice Enjoy
