RECIPE
2 kg chicken pieces cut in ΒΌs or butterflied fillets Marinate in:2 teaspoon @purespice_sa red chilli πΆ and garlic paste 2 teaspoon @purespice_sa green chilli πΆ paste2 teaspoon @purespice_sa green π masala ΒΎ cup sour milk (I used left over dahy)Β½ cup oil2 tablespoon mustard sauce 2 tablespoon Tomato π
sauce 2 tablespoon steers garlic sauce 2 teaspoon @purespice_sa dhana jeeroo 2 teaspoon salt π§ 3 teaspoon chilli πΆ powder 2 teaspoon crushed chillies πΆ ΒΌ cup lemon π juice Red β€οΈ coloring 2 teaspoon Shaan tikka spice2 teaspoon Shaan chaat masala 1 tablespoon Tandoori powder 2 tablespoon chicken spice1 tablespoon lemon π pepper
Marinate few hours or overnight. Bake at 200β° for Β½ hour turning Β½way.
Boil leftover marinade and baste chicken
Garnish with chopped dhania (coriander) and serve with rotis π« & salad π₯
