INGREDIENTS
1 kg chicken cut in pieces4 tablespoon yogurt2 tablespoon lemon juice 2 teaspoon ginger and garlic1 teaspoon kashmiri chillie powder 1 teaspoon crushed chillie 1 teaspoon dhana1 teaspoon jeeru (cumin) powder 1 teaspoon gurum masala½ teaspoon tumeric ½ teaspoon black pepper1 teaspoon salt2 tablespoon oil
METHOD
Mix together and marinate for a few hoursGrill in oven for ½ an hour 200 degrees or fry on stove and set aside.
Sauce
Ingredients ¼ cup oil¼ cup ghee (Clarified butter) 1 teaspoon whole jeeru (cumin)Few green chillies, curry leaves and mint leaves 2 medium onions finely chopped 1 teaspoon garlic paste2 teaspoon kashmiri chillie powder1 teaspoon rustenburg chillie powder 1 teaspoon dhana1 teaspoon jeeru (cumin) powder ½ teaspoon tumeric ½ teaspoon gurum masala1 teaspoon tandoori spice
1 sachet tomatoe paste2 medium tomatoes grated1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon sugar 1 cup fresh cream 1 tablespoon kasoori Methi (Fenugreek)
Method Heat oil and ghee (Clarified butter) Add jeeru (cumin) and onion and fry till light in colourAdd garlic, chillies,curry leaves, mint, masalas and braise on low heat for about 1 minute Add tomatoes, tomato paste, sugar and salt Add ½ cup water for the tomatoes to cookCook till oil comes upAdd the kasoori Methi (Fenugreek) and fresh cream and cook for 5 minutes Add chicken and simmer for 10 minutesGarnish with dhunia and green chillies Serve with garlic naanOnce tasted never wasted 😋Share as received ⭐⭐⭐
