INGREDIENTS
Egg Fried Rice

3 tablespoon cooking oil3 eggs, beaten with pinch of salt2 carrots chopped 1tbs minced garlic ¼ cup sweetcorn 2 cups rice (half cooked, drain and cool )2 tablespoon soy sauce1 teaspoon sesame oil Spring onions chopped
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil add the beaten egg and scramble. Remove egg leave aside.In same pot add rest of the oil, add garlic, carrots, sweetcorn. Stir and cook for few minutes.When veg cooked ¾ way add the rice, eggs, soya sauce and sesame oil.Mix well cook until done.Garnish with green spring onions.

Paneer Tikka
250g Paneer cubed
1 teaspoon minced garlic½ teaspoon Grated ginger1tbs Oil½ teaspoon Coriander powder 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika ½ teaspoon Garam masala½ teaspoon Turmeric ½ teaspoon red chilli powder½ teaspoon Cayenne pepper¼ teaspoon Cumin Salt to tasteMarinate paneer cubes in above spices and shallow fry on both sides for few minutes.
1 small of each red green and yellow peppers (cut in 1 inch cube)2 onions, 2 tomatoes cut same size as peppers
Heat 2 tablespoon of oil, add the onions, peppers and tomatoes and cook on high for 3 minutes then add the paneer, mix well, cook for another 10 or more minutes then remove.Garnish with chopped coriander.

METHOD
Chicken Wings
2 lbs chicken wings clean washed 1tbs Olive oil 1 teaspoon garlic powder1 teaspoon onion powder1 teaspoon paprika salt Chilli powder Salt½teaspoon black pepper

Or Cook in air fryer for 10 minutesFlip over cook for another 8 minutes.

Potato Wedges
16 _ 18 potatoes wedges (boil for 5 _ 7 minutes)Drain.
Toss together and coat in 2 tablespoon oil1 teaspoon garlic salt1 teaspoon rosemary½ teaspoon smokedpaprika1 teaspoon parsley½ teaspoon oregano.Bake in oven 200° until crispy.
Or
Airfry 20 minutes turning over half way until crispy.
