400g Prawn meat washed deveined and Mixed with 1 teaspoon Lemon juice and 1 teaspoon Crushed GarlicKeep aside
Heat 90g ButterAdd 1 tablespoon Garlic 4 Curry leaves ½ teaspoon Whole Jeera 1 or 2 Slit Green chilliesAdd 1 Large grated onion Allow to change colourNow add1 & ½ teaspoon Kashmiri Chilli powder1 teaspoon Kashmiri masala1 teaspoon Paprika ½ teaspoon Tumeric1 teaspoon Dhana Jeera powderBraise wellAdd 2 large grated tomatoes2 tablespoon Tomato Paste or Tomato pureeBraise Add Slices of Peppers Braise will the tomatoes and spices are well mixedAdd ½ can Coconut cream or Coconut Milk½ Can beaten up Nestle dessert creamBraise Well now add the PrawnsCook 3-4 minutesUntil the prawn changes to a light pinkNow add ½ cup Fresh cream site wellCook 3 minutesAdjust chilli taste , salt and lemonGarnish with Chives or fine thinly chopped Shallot and Green dhania (coriander)Serve with Rotis, Naan Rotis or Basmati rice😋
