RECIPE
Katchumar-1 small cucumber (chopped)1 large tomato (diced)1 small red onion (diced)Splash vinegar
Also needed-1 dzn Samoosas (flavor of choice)1 can chickpeas Chaat masala (to taste)1 cup plain yoghurt1 tablespoon crushed garlic¼ teaspoon pepper¼ teaspoon salt1 teaspoon sugarAamli saucedhania (coriander) chutneyPommegranate40g chopped coriander
METHOD:1. Fry samoosas till golden and crispy.2. Drain chickpeas and rinse. Toss with chaat masala and katchumar.3. On serving platter layer down chickpeas mixture.4. Then break fried samoosas in 3 and place over.5. Mix garlic, salt, pepper and sugar to taste in yoghurt and drizzle over.6. Drizzle over aamli sauce & dhania (coriander) chutney.7.
