RECIPE
Katchumar-1 cucumber (chopped)1 cup baby tomatoes (chopped)1 red onion (diced)Splash vinegar
Also needed-2 dzn potato samoosas1 can chickpeas (drained + rinsed)Chaat masala (to taste)1 cup plain yoghurt1 tablespoon crushed garlic¼ teaspoon pepper¼ teaspoon salt½ teaspoon sugarAamli (tamarind) chutneydhania (coriander) chutneyRed chilli chutneyPommegranate40g chopped corianderFine sev (vermicelli)
METHOD:1. Fry samoosas till golden and crispy. When cooled, break each one into 3.2. Drain chickpeas and rinse. Toss with chaat masala and katchumar.3. On a serving platter layer down the broken samoosa pieces, then place over chickpea salad4. Mix garlic, salt, pepper and sugar to taste in yoghurt and spoon all over.5. Spoon over aamli sauce, red chutney & dhania (coriander) chutney.6. Sprinkle over fine sec. 7. Garnish with chopped coriander and pommegranate.#whenruhanacooks#ruhanaebrahimrecipes
