1 boiled and cubed potato 🥔 1 ½ cups boiled chickpeasSalt to taste1 teaspoon red chilli powder ½ teaspoon garam masala 1 teaspoon chaat masala1 chopped onion 🌰 1 chopped tomato 🍅 1 chopped green chillies½ chopped cucumber 🥒 Mix everything together 🥄
For the paapri Use 2 samoosa sheetsBrush one side with flour paste And join with the other sheet.Cut out rounds and fry
Spoon chaat into into bowlsTop with amli (tamerine) (tamarind) sauceSprinkle chaat masala Add pomegranate and green chutney
Serve with paapri
