1 chicken cut and washed 1 tablespoon crushed garlic 1 teaspoon ginger1 full teaspoon red chili paste 2 teaspoon dhana powder 1 teaspoon jeera powder ½ teaspoon haldi 1 teaspoon gorima's orange pepper spicesalt to taste 1 teaspoon crushed red chili (optional)2 tablespoon yogurt 1 tablespoon tomato paste 2 teaspoon o 3 cinnamon sticks 1 pureed tomato ( optional )
Marinade chicken in all of the above and set aside for atleast 1 hour or over night.Add some oil and ghee (Clarified butter) to a pan or pot.Add marinated chicken.cook until done.garnish with fresh dhania (coriander).Serve with masala wedges or steamed veggies.
