RECIPE
2 kg legRub with ginger garlic and salt and make gashes¼ cup each sauces of your choice1 tablespoon crushed dhania (coriander) 1 tablespoon steak and chops spice1 tablespoon Chicken spice1 tablespoon bbq spice1tbls lemon pepper1 tablespoon tandoori spice1 tablespoon crushed chillie1 tablespoon shisanyma spice ¼ cup lemon juice¼ cup olive oil¼ cup worcestershire sauce¼ cup mayonnaise½ cup ice water4 tablespoon olive oil
Sauce for toppingExcess marinate60 g butter2 teaspoon honey2 teaspoon brown sugar(Boil altogether till thick )
1. Mix all ingredients together and smear on meat. 2. Leave to marinate overnite. 3. Put marinated leg in a pot and drizzle oil over4. Cook on medium heat on the stove for 1 hour then turn leg over5. Bake in preheated oven 140 on bottom shelf for 3 hours6. Remove excess liquid from pot and add into another pot7.Turn oven setting to grill 8. Remove lid from pot and grill leg till its turns red 9. Drizzle sauce over sliced roast and serve
