Fillet Steak,roasted Smashed Potatoes,mushroom Sauce

RECIPE

½ squeezed lemon
1 tablespoon ground garlic
1 teaspoon crushed garlic
1 tablespoon ground green chillies
1 tablespoon vinegar
Gorimas BBQ spice
Gorimas steak and chops spice
Robertsons steak and chops spice
½ teaspoon Black pepper
1 tablespoon mustard powder
1 tablespoon oil
¼ cup melted butter
1 teaspoon parsley
Cook steak with the above once done take steak out of pot
Add ½ cup sour and fresh cream and simmer.
Add steak back in the pot just before serving and heat til sauce thickens.

Roasted smash potatoes
Boil baby potatoes till soft
Rinse and drain
Grease a tray or Pyrex dish
Press down your potatoes with a fork
Drizzle olive oil and put some garlic butter over
Allow to bake till golden and crispy.

Mushrooms
¼ onion braised in garlic butter
Add mushrooms
¼ teaspoon White pepper
Lemon pepper
Salt to taste
And allow to cook till water burns out
Take 1 teaspoon maziena mix with ½ cup fresh cream pour in mushrooms and allow to cook till it thickens.
