RECIPE
500g Steak cubed 1 small cubed onion1 teaspoon. ghee (Clarified butter)1 garlic 1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon chilli powder1 teaspoon steak and chops spice½ teaspoon lemon pepper1 teaspoon Vinegar1Tblsp mustard sauce1 tablespoon chilli sauce1 tablespoon Mayonnaise2 liquidised tomatoesMarinate for 1hour and cook on low heat(More sauce can be added if preferred)Separately cube and boil 2 small potatoesAdd to cook steakWhen cool add fresh chopped dhania (coriander)Enjoy
