MethodBoil pasta as per instructions on the front of the bag and set aside. Slice the fillet into bite sized pieces and cook in oil with salt, pepper, garlic and lemon juice and braise, add mushrooms and cook for a few minutes, add the fresh cream and lastly add the pasta and heat through.
