RECIPE FILLING MY STYLE DOUGH IS MORE OR LESS LIKE A MINI ROTI 2 cups flour½ teaspoon salt3- 4 tablespoon oil or melted butterRub together to resemble bread crumbs Place all of the above in a food processorGradually add water To make a soft doughLET THE DOUGH REST FOR 15 minutesMake balls the size you desire Roll out discs thinly like you would for rotisGrill on tawa lightly cover with clothThis can be packed and sealed and frozen THAW WHEN REQUIRED FOR STEAK FILLNG ½ kg steak cubed Add 1 chopped med onion (fry & keep some aside for garnish later)Crushed green chillicook all types of pepers eg: garlic peper ..Black .. white pepers or even green chillies or white chilli powder Add sauces prego...peri peri..tomato..mayo etc FOR CHICKEN FILLING 4- 5 chicken breast fillets3-4 tablespoon oil or ghee (Clarified butter) or mix both1 large chopped onion1 full teaspoon garlic only or u can use ginger garlicCrushed green chilli (optional)Use all pepers lemon..crushed black...white ....garlic sauce ...or creamy peper sauce...mayo etc Add green red pepers inCook allKeep aside For toppingOnion tomatoes peppers all colours salt and pepersSaute in little butterCheese gratedBake. In oven 180 *till cheese melts or microwave FOR THE MOZARELLA STACKPlace filling on one tortilla Add chopped tomatoesAdd grated cheeseAdd tortilla and layer to make your StackTop with cheese and heat in micro or oven till cheese melts
