Garlic rolls
Arabic dough
5 cups flour
4 tablespoon sugar
1 packet dry yeast
¼ teaspoon salt
2 tablespoon Klim
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ cup oil
6 cloves garlic - minced
2 tablespoon fresh parsley - chopped fine
2 cups warm water
Add everything together leaving your water to go in last in a stand mixer with a dough hook and mix for about 10 minutes.
Place dough in a bowl greased with oil and cover with cling wrap and then a tablecloth over and keep in a warm place till it’s double its size.
Garlic butter
50g butter
1 tablespoon fresh parsley - cut fine
2 cloves garlic - minced
Melt together in a microwave.
Make balls and place in a tray. Brush with garlic butter and bake at 180 till nice and golden. As soon as they come out brush with garlic butter again.
