Place dough in a bowl greased with oil and cover with cling wrap and then a tablecloth over and keep in a warm place till it’s double its size. Garlic butter 50g butter 1 tablespoon fresh parsley - cut fine 2 cloves garlic - minced Melt together in a microwave. Make balls and place in a tray. Brush with garlic butter and bake at 180 till nice and golden. As soon as they come out brush with garlic butter again.
