Sweet French Toast

Ingredients:⅓ - ½ loaf sliced white bread3 eggs 2 tablespoon milk½ teaspoon cinnamon powderPinch elachie powder 2 tablespoon sugar
Topping-Cinnamon sugarGolden syrup
Method:1. Beat the eggs with milk, sugar, & spices.2. Heat shallow oil in a frying pan on medium heat.3. Cut bread slices in half.4. Dip bread into egg mixture and fry on either side till golden.5. Whilst hot sprinkle on cinnamon sugar. Serve with vanilla ice-cream, fresh berries & golden syrup.
