Strawberry & caramel cheesecake

BÄSË:-
125 grm melted butter
1 packet tennis biscuits
Crush the biscuits and mix with melted butter.
Sprey in cake tin. Then press biscuits into tin. Keep in fridge for 15-20 minutes.

CARAMEL LAYER:-
1 tin strawberry caramel
1 cup fresh cream
2 teaspoon gelatin
Beat fresh cream until stiff.
Add caramel.
Take warm water and dissolve gelatin. Keep aside for 15 minutues. Now add in caramel mixture.

STRAWBERRY LAYER:-
250 grm cream cheese
1 cup fresh cream
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon strawberry essence
1 tin condensed milk
Pink food color
2 teaspoon gelatin
Beat fresh cream until stiff.
Add cream cheese,condensed milk,lemon juice,strawberry essence and pink color. Mix well. Now add gelatin in warm water and mix well. Keep aside 15 minutues. Then add in mixture. Mix well.

Now pour strawberry mixture on biscuit base. Allow to set in fridge for 15 minutues.
While set in fridge make caramel mixture.
Then pour caramel mixture on strawberry mixture.
Keep in fridge for 1-2 hours.

After that make strawberry jelly according to packet instruction and keep aside to cool on room temperature.
Now pour this jelly mixture on top of cheesecake. Keep in fridge for set.
Before serving keep cheesecake in freezer for 1 and 1⁄2 hours for set completely.
Decorate as desire.
Serve.
