Then in a separate pot 1⁄2 cup Sojee (semolina flour) ghee (Clarified butter) Peeled almonds Cook together till light pink then add to above mixture
Then add2 teaspoon yellow food coloring 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg1 teaspoon Elachie powderDrop of rose essence1/4cup of coconut2 tablespoon almond powder And condensed milk according to taste (I added ½ Tin) Cook on low till done Serve with Nestle cream / Coconut cream
